1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") control how you use Reviewers Central ("we," "our," or "us"), including www.reviewerscentral.com (the "Site") and related services. Before you use our Site, read these Terms.

2. IMPORTANT NOTICE: ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: WHEN YOU USE OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN US THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND THAT YOU GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO TAKE PART IN CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS. CHECK OUT SECTION 12 BELOW TO LEARN MORE.

3. Acceptance and Changes to Terms
   When you use or access Reviewers Central ("we," "our," or "us") at www.reviewerscentral.com (the "Site"), you agree to follow these Terms of Service ("Terms"). We might update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when we post them on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. If you keep using the Site after we make changes, it means you accept the new Terms.

4. Privacy Notice
   Your use of the Site follows our Privacy Policy, which explains how we gather, use, and share your personal information. Take a look at the Privacy Policy to understand what we do.

5. Intellectual Property
   Everything on the website, such as words, pictures, designs, logos, and programs, belongs to Reviewers Central or the people who let them use it. Laws about ideas and creations protect this stuff. You can use the site a bit for your own non-business reasons. But if you want to copy, share, or show anything from the site in other ways, you need to ask Reviewers Central first and get their okay in writing. If you use things from the site without permission, you might get in trouble with the law.

6. How Users Should Behave and What They Can't Do
   You promise not to use the site to break laws or to hurt us or other people who use it. Things you can't do include:

   • Sharing content that's false, offensive, or not suitable.

This permission lasts forever, doesn't cost anything, and isn't exclusive to us. You're telling us you have the right to share this content and that it doesn't step on anyone else's toes or break any laws. We can take down any content that goes against these rules or breaks the law, and we don't have to tell you first.

8. Third-Party Links and Content
   The Site might have links to websites run by other companies. Reviewers Central doesn't control or back these sites and isn't responsible for what's on them or how they handle your data. You use these other websites at your own risk. You agree that we're not to blame for any problems or losses you might face from using content or sites not made by us.

9. Disclaimers
   We provide the Site "as is" without any guarantees, stated or implied. Reviewers Central can't promise that the Site will always work or that everything on it will be correct or trustworthy. We're not liable for any harm that comes from you using the Site, including direct, indirect, accidental, resulting, or punitive damages.

10. Security and Data Protection
    We put in place proper security measures to guard your data. Still, we can't promise the Site will have no viruses or other harmful code. Users must keep their account details private and are on the hook for everything done under their accounts. You agree to tell us right away if you think someone's using your account without permission.

11. Ending the Service
    Reviewers Central can cut off your access to the Site whenever it wants, without warning, if you break these Terms or do anything that hurts other users or the Site. When this happens, you'll lose the right to use the Site. We can go after all legal options to deal with such violations.

12. Legal and Arbitration
    These Terms are under the control of New York State law, without considering its conflict of law principles. Any disagreements that come up under these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration following the American Arbitration Association's rules held in New York, NY, or another place both parties agree on. You give up your right to take part in class action lawsuits. Any legal action or proceeding linked to your access to, or use of, the Site must be started in a state or federal court in New York County, NY.

13. Compliance
    Users must follow all laws that apply and these Terms. We don't allow unauthorized activities, like scraping data or using bots to access the site. 14. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    For any paid services or subscriptions we offer, our Refund and Cancellation Policy will explain how to cancel and what our refund rules are. If there's a disagreement about payments, it falls under the binding arbitration we talked about in Section 12.

15. Accessibility
    We want our Site to be open to everyone. If you have trouble getting to any content or have ideas to make things better, send us a message at info@reviewerscentral.com. We'll do our best to help you out.

16. Cookie Policy

    We can change or stop the Site or any part of it, with or without telling you. We're not responsible for any changes, pauses, or shutdowns of the Site.

    We might contact you about our services. You can choose not to get marketing messages by following the steps in the messages or by emailing us at info@reviewerscentral.com. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act and other laws about sending messages.

22. Data Processing and International Transfers
    We use your data to provide and make our services better, to follow the law, and to do research. When you use our Site, you agree to let us collect and use your data as our Privacy Policy says. If you live outside the United States, we might move your information to and use it in the United States or other countries where our partners work. We take steps to keep your data safe as the law requires.

23. Additional Dispute Resolution Information
    Besides arbitration, we give you the choice to settle disagreements through an official mediation process. You can start mediation by reaching out to us at info@reviewerscentral.com. Choosing mediation doesn't take away your right to arbitration as stated in Section 12.

24. User Data Portability
    You can ask for a copy of your personal information that we keep. We'll provide it in a format that's used. To make this request, please get in touch with us at info@reviewerscentral.com. We'll handle your request in line with data protection laws that apply.

25. CCPA and GDPR Compliance
    People living in California have extra rights under the CCPA. These include the right to access and erase their data and the right to say no to the sale of their personal details. If you live in the EEA, the GDPR gives you rights too. You can access, fix, or erase your personal data. You can also limit or object to certain data processing activities. 26. Compliance with CAN-SPAM Act
    Every marketing email from Reviewers Central will have a clear way to stop getting future messages. To stop, use the unsubscribe link in the email or email us at info@reviewerscentral.com. All emails will show correct sender details and subject lines that match what's in the message.

27. Data Retention
    We keep personal data as long as we need to provide our services or for other key reasons like following the law, solving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. How long we keep data depends on what kind it is and how we use it. You can ask us to delete your data as our Privacy Policy explains.

28. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
    Our Site isn't meant for kids under 13. We don't gather personal details from children under 13. If we find out a child under 13 has given us personal information, we'll take action to remove it.

31. No Guarantee for Content from Others
    Reviewers Central can't vouch for how true, legal, or good the reviews from other sites are. We don't promise anything about the quality or trustworthiness of reviews we get from elsewhere. It's up to you to decide if you want to trust what others have written.

32. Aggregated Review Content
    Reviewers Central gathers reviews from public sources and puts them on its site. The site doesn't check if these reviews are real. They organize the content to make it easy to use and show it as-is. They don't promise it's correct or reliable. You should check the content yourself before you buy anything based on it.

33. How to Use the Gathered Content
    You can use the content on Reviewers Central for your own personal needs, but not for business. You can't share, copy, or use the content for any business reasons unless Reviewers Central says it's okay in writing first. If you use it without permission, they might take you to court.

34. Telling Us About Mistakes
    Users can let us know about any mistakes in the combined reviews or content by getting in touch with us at info@reviewerscentral.com. We'll look into and fix reported errors as needed.

35. Feedback and Contributions
    We're happy to receive feedback, comments, and ideas to improve the Site or our services. When you submit feedback, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free ongoing license to use, copy, and include your feedback without any limits or payment.

36. Notices

37. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules that apply make up the whole deal between you and Reviewers Central about how you use the Site. These Terms replace any deals or agreements you had before.

38. Splitting Up and Giving Up Rights
    If a court says any part of these Terms isn't legal, is empty, or can't be enforced, we'll take that part out. This won't change how valid and enforceable the other parts are. If we don't use our right to enforce something in these Terms, it doesn't mean we're giving up that right for good.

39. Handing Over Rights
    You can't transfer these Terms or give away any rights or duties under these Terms without our written approval first. We can transfer these Terms or any rights or duties under them without your approval.

40. Events Beyond Our Control
    We won't be responsible for failing to fulfill our duties under these Terms if something happens that we can't control. This includes, but isn't limited to, breakdowns in machines, electronics, or communication systems.

41. Following AI Rules
    If Reviewers Central uses AI to provide its services, we follow all the rules that apply to AI. This includes being open about content that AI creates. Users have to use AI-generated content ethically and in line with the laws that apply.

42. Digital Accessibility Standards
    Reviewers Central follows up-to-date web accessibility rules, like WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). 43. User-Created AI Content
    When people put AI-made stuff on our site, they need to make sure it fits our rules and doesn't break any laws. Users have to be careful about how they use AI tools and what these tools create. Reviewers Central can take down any AI-made content that goes against our terms or policies.

    Besides GDPR and CCPA, Reviewers Central follows new data privacy laws around the world. This includes CPRA, VCDPA, and other state-specific rules. We change our methods as needed to stick to new laws.

50. Ban on Using AI for Harm
    Reviewers Central doesn't allow users to use its AI tools to create or spread harmful, false, or illegal content. If you break this rule, we'll remove your content and might take legal action.

    Reviewers Central collects personal data we need to provide our services. We often check and update how we handle data to keep collection and storage as small as possible.
