Ending the Service
Reviewers Central can cut off your access to the Site whenever it wants, without warning, if you break these Terms or do anything that hurts other users or the Site. When this happens, you'll lose the right to use the Site. We can go after all legal options to deal with such violations. -
Legal and Arbitration
These Terms are under the control of New York State law, without considering its conflict of law principles. Any disagreements that come up under these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration following the American Arbitration Association's rules held in New York, NY, or another place both parties agree on. You give up your right to take part in class action lawsuits. Any legal action or proceeding linked to your access to, or use of, the Site must be started in a state or federal court in New York County, NY. -
